Given there is no underwire, I think the support is about medium (ordered 32F), and adequate enough to wear out in public. The design is pretty. I should have ordered 1 cup size larger so I think that's why it's not as comfortable or supportive as I hoped. I'm just glad it's available in black so I don't have to wear a big white bra that shows under my black shirts, especially in photos! It's also hard to find decent bras in my size. This bra is very supportive and does not hinder breast milk production like others I have tried. They are easily washable and well vented. If you are nursing for a long time, these bras last.
