This has to be hands down the best pregnancy investment I made. At about 17 weeks my hips, back and legs began aching due to the expanding weight in the middle- by the third trimester I was taking this with me on vacation! It is a huge pillow- but its size is not for naught- it helps you sleep even when you are so uncomfortable you have to reposition yourself 100 times a night- but you don't have to reposition a rigged "pillow fortress"- I wish I had this during my 1st pregnancy. I got this pillow early on in my first trimester when sleeping was already an issue. Now I am almost at the end of my pregnancy (36 weeks) and I have used it nearly the entire time. Here is my take on those who were seriously unhappy with this product, you're pregnant and uncomfortable and nothing is going to get you sleeping like you did before being pregnant. I do like this pillow but it takes up a lot more room than you'd think, however I don't wake up with back pain anymore. the fabric cover COULD be softer but other than that I am very happy

This is a great product. My wife was having so much trouble getting and staying comfortable enough to sleep nights. We got the Leachco Back n Belly and she uses it all the time, whether laying down for the night or taking an afternoon nap. The only con is that it makes sleeping in the same queen-sized bed a little awkward and it takes some finagling to get close to each other around it. But I sleep better knowing she does too.

This pillow provides great support for the back. The only downside is that there was too much stuffing at the head region, which of course is personal preference. So I had to cut it open to take out a bag of stuffing at the head area and now it is great. The pillow cover also fits very snug and initially cut into my shoulder. (This could be b/c I am 5'9".)
