I like these bras because they literally last forever! There are no plastic loops that can break and no wires that eventually work their way through the fabric and poke you. I buy these bras two at a time so that I can alternate wear daily between the two. I wash them every week and hang them to dry. I never use bleach although I have used Shout Advanced Formula in the blue bottle and THAT works really good in getting out sweat stains. I am so pleased that I purchased two of these bras. I am 67 years of age and have arthritis in my spine. The Fully Front Hook Posture Bra really helps to keep my posture perfect and it supports my back. I love this product and the price through Amazon was reasonable.

Make sure you are standing or sitting up very tall. It is very uncomfortable if you hunch over. Did I mention it is HOT. Might work well in the North but not in South Louisiana.
