This product does what it says. I jog and don't want to bounce. It is comfortable to run in and cool.

Is it worth it? Does it really work? Yes. and Yes. I don't even think about it. With any other sports bra, there is discomfort just from the fit of the thing, not to mention the bouncing that takes place (unless you get one that is way too small for you). This bra takes away the bouncing while keeping everything comfortable. I also don't look like I have only "one" if you know what I mean!
