Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - I've worn the "Big Red" version of this parka multiple seasons in Antarctica
This is not an inexpensive coat, but it really is the issue coat for Antarctica. When you pick gear up at the clothing distribution center (CDC) in Christchurch, NZ, you get a bright red Canada Goose parka. It's comfortable, warm, and very well made. Shop around for this, especially if you're a larger size. The CDC had size 3xl which doesn't even show up on Canada Goose's website.
